I had a talk with Raul yesterday and he spoke of you and your work, amongst other things, and I think that on the surface, the world has gone insane, but, in the moment, in our grounded, everyday reality, when we are with nature and people, calm, presence, beauty, love triumphs over fear/worries and the manufactured dramas attacking human consciousness from the world stage. So, we need to simply stay sane, in our hearts, and hope that there are enough loving, life honoring, peaceful people in the world to calm those infected by the false narratives and the psyops that continue to try to divide and conquer. The best thing we can do, sometimes, is just walk away from our computers and get out into heart of nature.

It's a great thought, but I don't know how to get there from here. Bucky's quote is great: "You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete." but how do you create a new economic system to replace the capitalistic and now almost feudal neo-liberal failing one? Yes, we can start small, but it's still not going to make a dent in the economic system we're in. And what system can we create to make war obsolete? It's a great idea in theory, but I don't see how to get it implemented in a meaningful way.
Hi Paul, I understand what you mean - it’s something I reflect on everyday. Yet in this piece, I’m moreso speaking to the consciousness shift needed to move beyond fear, polarization, and violence - and the toxic social conditions that get in the way of us talking openly about the darker forces you speak of. Every meaningful change begins with a shared story/narrative that brings us together in shared meaning and purpose.
I believe the answers aren’t out there in fixing broken institutions that were never built to serve us. They’re in our communities, our relationships, and the real-world movements reimagining those systems entirely. Our WantToKnow.info Inspiration Center contains hundreds of real-world, successful examples of people creating their own alternative economic systems, healing the war machine, and other constructive solutions underreported in the news. This can inspire us to see beyond what’s wrong and not working - the negativity bias is its own “reality tunnel.”
I would love to see us reviving social trust and social capital with each other - and that we need a broader set of deeper principles that make our activism more sustainable, unifying, and transformative.
I'd love to see that transformation too. And whenever I read Charles Eisenstein's metaphor at the end of his "More Beautiful World" book in a group (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XinVOpdcbVc), it moves me to tears I connect with it so closely. But then I look around at our world, and yes as you say there are many successful examples of positive discrete creations, but they still so far haven't made even a dent in the big systems that are failing us. I think the disconnect in our society is similar to the disconnect between our heart that knows what works as you say in your reply, and our head that sees how our capitalistic system subverts all of our efforts to transform the system along the lines of what our hearts want. I don't see how we get there from here.

A new international Architecture for Security and development using a different basis then the old that had created the divisions away from developing the path our human species has always followed, despite the diversions thrown in our way - do not blame your self - the "ruling" [cult of money] is determined to hold their grip on running our whole world and has used a lot of mind control to do so.
Think of what kind of future you wish to have come about.
The future for all as "no man is an island" - we all actually rely on a international network of people working to provide their products, some how, out into the world in a way that helps everyone. Coffee in the Morning? who picked the coffee beans; how were they shipped? Who built the ships and trucks for shipping? who made the clothes for those working; who grew the food - that again all these items had to be delivered, and it took gasoline or oil to provide the trucks, ships with power - and where did the oil get pumped out of the ground and , oh yes - electricity - big network to get that into the outlets for your lights, refrig, heat....
You talents were or can be internal in that process...

why is there still not just confusion, hunger in our world?
The people mentioned [cult of money] that believes they determine wealth by insuring they can continue to determine how to acquire the control of enriching themselves in this international process. if mind control doesn't work, war follows. It maters not that people die from hunger, wars, no medical, as long as "They" run the show in luxury with many managers well paid to do so - the news media - the education that traps people into thinking "Well this is the way everything works". "I'm glad I'm not hungry"....but how U have a hunger for the truth.
When a baby, soon after birth, smiles, that baby is acknowledging a 'sense ' of loving care and embarks to employ a process of exploring it's own characteristics as in seating up/balancing, then exploring 'toys' - then crawling, standing, falling down and not caring - getting back up - hanging on to something, takes steps, letting go, walks, runs, then masters talking - all without reading a manual - that human trait of continuous learning that goes beyond what animals do by eventually drawing, writing, singing, building - making things, and then becoming employed...establishing a government....a continuous process of learning/doing ....to do good....a inborn process that never leaves - .unless "Some One" diverts a person, a culture, into a false avenue of thinking - keeps them under "Their" control - not able to use their exploring how to use their creativity to solve small or big problems by being told that is for the big shots to handle.
The Cult of money has been doing this for 500 years - operating out of the kingly elites in the British Empire. An empire that funds speculation in paper promises instead of the requirements of developing people to be free to exert their moral creativity into the good - a uplifted future,
